Confirm the right person and device
Use the account selected for the person using this device.
- Select the person's name.
- Enter the shared master password.
- Enter that person's personal six-digit PIN.
- After signing in, open Profile to confirm the name, role, and home screen.
- Before handing the device to someone else, select Sign out.
Need access checked?
Ask a Super Admin to check whether the account is active and assigned the right role. Share PINs out-of-band.
